Stage combat rapiers have to meet different requirements from battle-ready rapiers. In order to minimize the risk of injury from cuts and thrusts during stage combat with fencing weapons, this silver stage combat rapier has back edges that are at least 3 mm thick everywhere and it even has a flattened point. It weighs a little less than a kilogram, so our silver stage combat rapier is light and highly manageable.

Good balance is not the only characteristic that makes this stage combat rapier manageable – its grip is also very important. Because it is wrapped with both smooth and braided silver-coloured wire, it is especially comfortable to grasp.
