The wide curved blade on this cutlass makes this the perfect chopper for a pirate raiding party. All of the steel fittings have been expertly blackened, giving this a villainous look.

The design of lavishly cut out guard allows this sword to be used right or left-handed, while the grip has been covered in ray skin for a sure hold. The high carbon steel blade is tough enough for just about any adventure. Comes with a matching leather scabbard and ships with a suede side baldric, which is fully adjustable and has the sign of the high seas octopus embroidered on the face.

The Vikings exploded out of the north to raid and settle most of the known world. They also warred among themselves and it was not unusual for kings to lead and engage in combat themselves. This sword and its intricate scabbard are fit for one of those brave Nordic kings. Each steel part is handmade and incredibly detailed, especially on the leather embossed scabbard, then richly plated in real silver.

The light, wide fullered Viking style blade is 1095 high carbon, well tempered steel. The scabbard is wood covered in rich harness grade leather with embossing and covered in faux reindeer fur. The beautiful metal parts are applied to the scabbard and the included baldric. Altogether making this entire piece fit for a king.

This swept hilt rapier was quite popular in the late 16th and early 17th centuries. Our version is hand forged by the skilled artisans at Windlass Steelcrafts and has a blade of high carbon steel with a diamond cross-section. This gives the blade firmness, yet allowing it to be flexible in action. The all-steel guard and ornate pommel are accented with a real bleached, polished bone grip. Includes a full leather scabbard with steel throat and shoe.

This was one of our most popular rapiers for a number of years and was retired years ago. We are proud to bring back this elegant sword by popular demand for a limited time as one of our Windlass Classics.

A beautifully executed 17th Century rapier with a very complex hilt and faceted pommel. The grip is hand-wound with silver plated wire with woven wire rings, top and bottom. The hand-forged, high carbon steel, fully tempered blade features a wide fuller to lighten and strengthen it for thrusting and the heavy ricasso provides extra strength to the main stress area. The blade features a fine point, so it excels at thrusting.

The top-quality, genuine leather scabbard features deeply engraved floral patterns on the throat and tip. This type of sword was deadly effective as a duelling weapon. This 17th Century Italian Rapier was designed by Bruce Brookhart and dedicated to his friend, Hank Reinhardt. Made by Windlass Steelcrafts.
