A transition from the Viking sword to the classic medieval sword, our medieval sword is probably Oakeshott type X. Swords like this one were very popular for centuries.

The double-edged, hardly tapered blade has a long, relatively wide fuller which makes it balance very well. The curved, flared crossguard provides lots of protection for your hand. Thanks to its leather covering, the grip is comfortable to grasp. The wheel pommel is riveted. Our classic medieval sword comes with a scabbard.

A weapon unequalled in elegance and grace: the classic French rapier. The slender, double-edged blade determines the character of this classic rapier, whose ricasso elegantly becomes narrower inside the basket. But the complex basket with its sweeping finger guard is not the only special feature this classic rapier has to offer: the grip is bordered by braided steel wire on both sides.

The grip itself is made of horn wrapped with golden wire for a stunning effect. When used with a French parrying dagger, this classic rapier forms part of a deadly set that was especially appreciated by duellists. Our classic French rapier comes with its own scabbard.

Our Display Stands are the perfect way to display your flintlock pistols, swords and katanas. They are hand made in Italy and are crafted from wood with a varnished finish. This stand has been created as a merchandising stand and features a brass “AG” (Acacia Giuseppe) logo at the top, alluding to the Italian workshop where it is made. This plaque is held in place by 2 small pins and can be easily removed if necessary. This stand comes in 3 parts and is assembled with ease.

Officer NG 800N is based on the women’s Officer 350N HEMA jacket. With its design, jacket refers to military uniforms from the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century. Officer model was also inspired by Alfred Hutton - the famous 19th century fencer fascinated in the historical martial arts and the history of armament.

This version of our jacket is designed mostly for the female enthusiasts of HEMA looking for gear dedicated for training with the use of light arms, as well as heavier arms. It works the best with sabre or rapier, but with additional overlays you can also use it with a longsword, like Feder.

Women’s Officer NG 800N is equipped with red decorations on sleeves and front. The jacket has a double-closure: a zipper and a snap fastener. There is also a bladecatcher and adjustable back strap for better fitting to body shape. On elbows, the jacket has mounting points for Shell overlays.

The bottom edge is finished simply. Most of all, this jacket is characterized by durable fabrics, providing a puncture resistance on the level of 800N. Under the front flap (which is longer in comparison with other SPES jackets) there is another layer of which can be attached to the arm of the jacket (from the inside). This solution increases the level of comfort during sparring. Lining of the jacket is made of a breathable 3D mesh. It provides proper ventilation and air circulation, which increases the comfort of wearing.

Among features like a front flap, blade catcher, and amortization layers, AP Light NG 800N is characterized by its lowered weight, breathable padding, adjustable waist, and extra pockets for additional foams. The fabric used in this jacket has 800N puncture resistance. Its lining has both moisture and warm removal features, and antibacterial properties. The FG Women's HEMA jacket was created on the basis of the male version and thanks to the solutions achieved in the manufacturing of the PLUS series. It is worth mentioning that the roots of the FG gambeson go back to cooperation with "Fechtschule Gdańsk" from the beginning of the company's existence. Both the first design and the current one resemble 15th-century gambesons.

The FG 350N can be used by both beginners and advanced users. It is designed for any type of HEMA training. However, with the heaviest ones, it is worth getting additional overlays or cushioning layers.

The FG 350N gambeson is fastened with a zipper + velcro (so called double-closure), reaches to the middle of the thighs, is fitted at the waist and has slits on the sides. On the elbows there are additional mounting points for overlays, e.g. Shell or PRO. The collar has a blade-catcher.

Fabric used during making of this gambeson has 350N puncture resistance. This specially developed system of layers ensures endurance and mobility during HEMA training. The gambeson is cut off at the waist ,which emphasizes the female figure, so that its lower part rests on the hips. The sleeves consist of 2 elements and have gussets under the armpits.

Structurally, this jacket is similar to the women’s AP PLUS 350N. The filling is made of recycled felt. Cushioning layers in it are located on the chest, shoulders and elbows.

This is one of the longest jackets in the SPES offer. Its length makes it fit the body better.

The Renaissance Master Doublet for HEMA was designed for ladies who want to add some historical vibe to the HEMA training. The design of our HEMA doublet refers to fencing doublets from the Renaissance period.

It will work best for practice with a saber, messer or rapier. And visually, it will match perfectly puffy Meyer or Light pants with a loose cut.

Doublet Master has characteristic stitching. There are distinctive wings on the sleeves, and the bottom of the jacket is finished with a segmented basque. On the elbows it is equipped with mounting points for Shell or PRO overlays. The doublet is fastened with velcro and zipper. There is a bladecatcher on the collar and an adjustable belt on the back.

Our Master doublet is made from fabric of 350N puncture resistance. The peplum consists of 8 segments; the 2 on the front are slightly sheared. The jacket has a lining in the form of distance mesh. On the surface of the jacket there are stitches that definitely distinguish it from other models. This type of finish is characteristic of Renaissance battle doublets. Our Master, like Attila, has a tab on the front and special pockets with foams (included in the set).

The design of our HEMA arming doublet refers to historical examples of arming and fencing doublets, which makes it very fitted to the figure and emphasizes its values. It will optically slim the waist, and the wings on the sleeves emphasize the shoulders. Visible stitching gives this version a more “combative” look than the Renaissance version. If you care about good mobility without losing style, Renaissance doublets will be the best choice.
