From the Classical Period we offer a range of Celtic, Greek and Roman helmets such as Roman Legionary Helmet and Greek Corinthian Helmet. Scottish Burgonet - 16 gauge

The burgonet helmet is characterised by a head with a large fixed or hinged peak projecting above the face-opening, and usually, an integral, keel-like, crest or comb running from front to rear. Attached to the headpiece are substantial hinged cheekpieces which usually do not meet at the chin or throat.

This lightweight helmet offered excellent visibility but full protection on the battlefield. The helmet is lined with a leather padding.

Galactic Commando Helmet

Our Galactic Commando Helmet is inspired by helmets worn by Mandalorian warriors in the Star Wars sagas. It shares many of the same design features as the prop helmets and as such is instantly recognisable to any fans of the movies/series.

It is hand-crafted from 18 gauge steel and features an adjustable leather spider liner. The tinted visor is made from a tough transparent plastic (please note, the tint is more of a dark smoke than solid black, so your face can be visible depending on the lighting).

Combine with a helmet stand for an amazing showpiece or wear it for cosplay, it’s perfect for both!

Our Iron Avenger helmet is inspired by the helmet worn by Tony Stark as Iron Man in the Marvel Universe. Unlike cheaper plastic replicas, our helmet is constructed from steel and brass with a high quality painted finish. This helmet is manufactured for display only and does not feature a lining.

Viking Ocular Helmet (Antiqued) - 16 gauge

The Spangenhelm was a creation of the Scythians and Sarmatians from the Eurasian steppes. By the 6th century it had become the most common helmet design in Europe. The word Spangenhelm is of German origin and refers to the “spangen” which were the metal strips that formed the helmet’s construction.

Spangenhelms were popular as they were relatively easy and cheap to produce. They were eventually replaced by stronger, but more expensive nasal helms with 1 piece skulls. Some of the nasal helmets shown on the Bayeux Tapestry seem to be of Spangenhelm construction.

Our Viking Ocular/Spectacled Helmet is crafted in 16 gauge steel with an aged patina antiqued finish and has an adjustable leather liner and buckled chin strap.
