We sell an incredible selection of replica helmets from throughout history.  From the Classical Period we offer a range of Celtic, Greek and Roman helmets such as Roman Legionary Helmet and Greek Corinthian Helmet.   • Spartacus Gladiator Helmet

    Spartacus is a Thracian soldier who volunteers to fight in the Roman Auxiliary against a common enemy of Thrace and Rome. As punishment for defying the Roman commander Legatus Claudius Glaber, he is sentenced to die in the gladiatorial arena. Against all odds, he kills four gladiators and survives. His sentence is commuted to slavery and he is bought by Batiatus to be trained as a gladiator in his Ludus. His rebellious tendencies are tamed by the promise of one day being reunited with his wife Sura.

    This full metal helmet replica from the hit series Spartacus has a moveable visor, Roman fish crest and a long, real horsehair tail. Antique finish. Has an adjustable liner. Helmet stand not included.

  • Late Roman Ridge Helmet (Berkasovo)

    The earliest confirmed example of a Roman Ridge Helmet is the Richborough Helmet which dates from around 280AD. These helmets were sometimes highly decorated and covered in precious stones such as those found at Berkasovo and Deurne, It is thought that these helmets were mainly worn by cavalry soldiers but finds seem to indicate they were worn interchangeably between cavalry and infantry.

    Our Late Roman Ridge Helmet is constructed from 16 gauge steel and features hinged cheek pieces and a detachable buckled neck guard. It is held together with brass rivets and completely lined with leather.

  • Coppergate Helmet

    Our Coppergate Helmet replica is hand crafted from steel and brass with many intricate details that are hand finished after casting - in the same way the original helmet was made over a millennia ago. It features hinged cheek pieces, adjustable leather spider lining and chin strap, and a butted steel (zinc plated) chainmail 'aventail' to protect the neck. Constructed from 18 gauge steel and not recommended for contact reenactment.

  • Ultuna Helmet - Large

    The "Ultuna Helmet", so named for the grave site in Uppland, Sweden, from which the original was excavated, is an excellent example of the pre-Viking or Vendel era style of helmet. Our Ultuna Helmet is crafted in 16 gauge steel and is approved by most re-enactment groups.  The Ultuna Helmet has a reinforced nasal bar, adjustable leather liner and buckled leather chin strap.

  • Viking Warlord Helmet

    The continuous advanced development of the simple bowl helmet led to additional protective elements like the nose guard and cheek pieces this helmet has. Our Viking Warlord Helmet features a nose guard and cheek pieces that are decorated with rivets and embossing.   • Crusader Transitional Spangenhelm - 14 gauge

    This unusual Crusades era Spangenhelm, based on an early 13th century example, is provided with a ventilated faceplate, so providing full facial protection. It is constructed from 14 gauge steel with a suspension liner and chinstrap.

  • Spanish Morion Helmet

    The Conqueror Helmet is a type of open helmet used from the middle 16th and early 17th centuries, usually having a flat brim and a crest from front to back. Its introduction was contemporaneous with the exploration of North, Central, and South America. Explorers like Hernando de Soto and Coronado may have supplied them to their foot soldiers in the 1540s. The iconic morion is popularly identified with early Spanish explorers and conquistadors. No inner padding included.
