If you are a member of a recognised HEMA club, Re-enactment group or organisation then you may be entitled to a discounted club price. Follow the steps below and you’ll be getting a discounted rate on selected items before long.
1) Ensure your club leader has an account and has already registered for discounts on behalf of your club. Ask them for your specified club number as this will be required to authorise discount on your personal account with us. Please note we cannot authorise discount on your account without this information.
2) If you do not already have an account with us please register on the relevant website, www.thehemashop.com for HEMA discounts and www.theknightshop.com for Re-enactment discounts. This will only take a few minutes.
3) Contact us by email or phone to let us know you have registered and tell us which group you are a member of using the club number mentioned above.
4) We will then send you a welcome email to confirm that the discounts are live on your personal account.
What is a “recognised” HEMA or Re-enactment club exactly?
If you are a member of one of the large umbrella groups such as HEMAC or NARES then your club would be deemed as “recognised”.
We do understand that not all groups are affiliated with the larger umbrella groups for one reason or another. If your club isn’t, we would like some evidence that you are a “real” club such as a website or insurance document.
If you are still unsure, please contact our Sales Team for further clarification.

We offer one of the best selections of shoulder armour, or to give them their proper title, Pauldrons, available to buy in the UK. Plate pauldrons became popular in the 15th century and were worn as part of a full harness right up until, the middle of the 17th century when plate armour became obsolete. Our offer a diverse range of pauldrons in different styles, from simple plain pieces to fully articulated and decorated museum replicas. Our range also includes fantasy leather shoulder armour that is ideal for LARP and accessories such as besagews to protect the armpits.
