Payment can be made in a number of ways.

2) Telephone Orders
3) By sending a Cheque or Postal Order

1) Online Payment
The security of your information, transactions, and money is the core of our business and our top priority. For this reason online Payments can be made with the following methods:

a) Paypal - They are renowned for their great reputation and is the main form of payment transactions used on Ebay. With Paypal you can either pay by using you Paypal account or by a credit / debit card. Paypal accepts the following cards: - Master card, Maestro, Visa, American Express, Delta and Electron. For additional security if Paypal recognises your credit card or email address it will ask for your Paypal user name and password. If you have forgotten your password, you can ask Paypal to resend it to you; alternatively, you can use an email address and or a credit card which is not already attached to a Paypal account.

Paypal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register or log in to their site, our server checks that you're using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher.

Once your information reaches Paypal, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. Their servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the Internet, so your private information is available only to authorised computers.

b) Security of your payment information

Your payment information will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. Every transaction is entirely safe, secure and confidential.

If you pay using your credit card, the payment will be processed through our PayPal merchant account. We also use PayPal Reference Transactions to additionally charge your credit card for any extra upsell offers you decide to purchase or changes after your main order has completed.

PayPal reference transactions can be deactivated/cancelled by logging into the Payment Settings of your PayPal account. Stored cards can deleted from the “My Credit Cards” section of your online account with us.

During the purchase process, we encrypt all data passed between your computer and our order system at 256-bits.

We do not permanently store credit card details on our server, nor do we share customer details with any third party.

These measures will keep your payment information completely private and safe, so buy with confidence!

2) Telephone Orders
If you wish to purchase your goods over the telephone - please telephone: +44 (0) 1492 541300 and our expert team can give you advice as well as process the order for you.

3) Cheques & Postal Orders
We accept both cheques and postal orders. Please could you make them payable to "The Knight Shop" and send them to the address found below. We will confirm receipt of them via email or telephone. If in stock, goods will be dispatched the same day with Postal Orders and within 5-7 working days for cheques, or alternatively when they have cleared.

4) Prices
Prices shown are inclusive of all taxes. We try to make sure that prices on our web site are accurate but we will need to validate the price before we process your order. We also aim only to display items which are in stock and which can be dispatched to you quickly. If we are unable to supply a particular item which you have ordered or if the correct price for an item is different from the price on your order, we will notify you as soon as we can receiving your order. If this happens, you may cancel your order and we will refund you any money which you have paid.
