All round decent cup, however only covers the *ahem* sensitive bits. Offers no protection to the area immediately around the groin but for 10 pounds you cant really complain too much. I bought a medium size, this is slightly too small for me, I have a 34" waist and it is a bit tight. Take this into consideration when ordering yours. (Posted on 11/05/2017)Price Value Quality
