The Knightly Sword is the perfect accompaniment for any costume, whether it be for film, theatre or fancy dress. The non-sharp steel blade is polished and lightly oiled for protection. The guard and pommel are crafted from steel and are separated by a leather covered wood grip. The well-made scabbard is hand crafted from wood and leather.

Although this sword is constructed from high carbon steel and has a full tang, we would not recommend it for use as the blade has not been heat-treated.

Our Knights Templar Arming Sword features an unsharpened carbon steel blade with central fuller. The grip is wood wrapped in brown leather and flanked with a steel guard and pommel. The pommel is emblazoned with an enamelled Templar red cross.

Comes complete with wooded scabbard wrapped in brown leather with polished steel fittings. This sword has a blunt blade and is manufactured for display only.

Our Templar Sword is a product of the world famous Art Gladius factory in the historic sword manufacturing city of Toledo, Spain.

It features the words SIGILLUM MILITUM TEMPLI XPISTI (Seal of the Knights of Christ) emblazoned around the pommel encircling a Templar Cross with knotwork decoration. The guard also features the Cross Pattée and heraldic imagery on the quillons, and the “Two Knights on One Horse” (said to symbolise the poverty of the order) symbol at the centre of the guard. The handle also features Christian symbology and a black textured grip. The stainless steel blade features etched heraldic designs.

The scabbard is crafted from wood, covered with leather and reinforced with metal fittings. The leather belt is made from high-quality leather and is available in one size (fits most).

Waist size will go up to approximately 42” but there is plenty of space left to add more holes.

Our Great Captain Sword by Marto embodies the story that begins with Gonzalo Ferdinaz de Cordoba, a great military leader in the time of the Catholic Kings (15th and 16th centuries). He got his first victories during the Granada conquest. Later, he distinguished himself in the campaigns to Naples and Sicily.

Called "The Great Captain", he created the army that was the base of the Spanish military power during the 16th century.

The antique brass hilt features the cross pattée of the Templar Order on the pommel and belted grip. The Cross of St George is featured at the centre of the cross-guard.  The hilt has an antiqued brass finish and cord wrapped grip. The black leather effect scabbard has decorated throat and chape reinforcements. The throat features a heraldic lion’s head motif whilst the chape at the base features a heraldic shield design.
