This traditional honey mead gift pack contains three miniature bottles of Lindisfarne signature mead flavours - Original Mead, Spiced Mead and Pink Mead.

Original Mead is an ideal alternative to a dessert wine, whereas Spiced Mead drinks well either cool, on the rocks, or hot as a warming seasonal alternative to mulled wine. Pink Mead, with it's delicate colour and citrus flavours, is best served cool, and makes a wonderful welcome drink for weddings and events.

Spirit of Honey is our first Distilled Heather Honey Mead.

Heather Mead is distilled to 40% abv, capturing the essence of Heather Honey in a clean and clear spirit form.

In greek mythology bees were thought to be messengers of God. Amongst other things, mead was associated with immortality. Today with our first release of ‘Spirit of Honey’ we can only hope that our mead endures the same fate.

At 40% abv this mead is likened to a well aged whiskey, an exceptionally smooth profile, fragrant nose, will go up against the finest spirits.

A warming start, smooth honey finish. Make it as strong as you like or as light as you like by using with a mixer such as tonic or lemonade. This mead is best served on the rocks or with a splash of tonic or lemonade.

Award-winning traditional mead made with 100% pure Wye Valley honey. This medium-sweet, floral honey wine is crafted authentically using only honey, water, and yeast. No white wine bases, refined sugars, or artificial ingredients.

Handmade and matured in oak casks, Mead is a smooth honey wine that can be drunk in a variety of ways: before a meal, as an aperitif with ice or tonic water, or straight as you would drink a sherry. It is also extremely good as a dessert wine or as a liqueur after a meal.
