Details
This style of Roman Legionary Helmet or "galea" dates from the 1st Century BC to the 2nd century AD. It is of the "Imperial Gallic H" type, a style influenced heavily by the craftsmen of Gaul (France). This style of helmet was no doubt worn by Roman Legionaries during Julius Caesar's invasion of Britain and was worn by the soldiers that garrisoned Hadrian's Wall.

I am a Greek expert and decided to branch into roman history a bit more. I found this helmet and it arrived to me in Canada in just two days! The price is insane and the quality is great! I have no complaints about the helmet thus far! The only thing that I can see that isn't 100% accurate is that the dome is a dome, not a more oval shape that the real ones had. But alas, for the price it's soooo close to the real deal, and that dome thing really isn't that big a thing! I have recommended this to my subscribers on youtube! It's great. I was amazed by the amount of effort and quality put into this helmet. A very good addition to my roman set. Overall the helmet was very good, the shape of the helmet could be more oval than bowl shaped. But still, what do I have to complain about? GREAT HELMET!
