Welsh Honey and Apple Mead - 700ml

One of our medieval-style meads, made with apples, patiently fermented and aged in oak. Old Sarum is the name of the settlement that became Salisbury. Great with fatty foods and strong cheeses, this one has the pleasant acidity from the apples with a clean finish.

Stopper cork sealed in wax. Serve chilled & store upright in a cool place.
