Our Stage Combat swords feature tempered, high carbon steel blades and are designed for light combat use. They have durable, thick edges, more than suitable for the rigours of stage combat and display fights. They also feature rounded tips for extra safety. Stage Combat swords are noticeably heavier than historical replicas due to the added weight afforded by the thicker edges. These swords are not designed for re-enactment use.

Our Stage Combat Crusader Sword features an unsharpened carbon steel blade with central fuller. The grip is wood wrapped in brown leather cord and flanked with a steel guard and pommel. The unusual Oakeshott Type I1 pommel was popular on swords of the 13^th and 14^th centuries. Comes complete with wooden scabbard wrapped in brown leather with polished steel fittings.

The pommel is emblazoned with an enamelled Templar red cross. Comes complete with wooden scabbard wrapped in brown leather with polished steel fittings.

The Henry V Sword is modelled after the sword hung over the tomb of one of England’s great warrior kings. The single-handed cut-and-thrust weapon combines a relatively short sturdy blade with elegant down-swept quillons and a wheel pommel.

The single-hand Lionheart Sword is typical of the cruciform-hilt style of the crusading knights of Europe in the 12th and 13th centuries. The wheel pommel and slightly turned-down bow-tie guard make this a very attractive sword.

The best metalsmiths from Windlass Steelcrafts have spent hours on each blade, hand forging the high carbon steel for optimal balance, quickness and durability. The pommel features a highly detailed Templar coin on each side with Latin inscription and the symbols that have grown synonymous with the Templar Order, while the grip is hand-wrapped with a rich genuine red leather with a wire over-wrap.

The sword includes a custom, matching wooden scabbard covered in top grain, heavy-duty leather and a period belt with solid metal fittings.

This medieval Acre Crusader Broadsword from Windlass Steelcrafts Battlecry collection is a formidable weapon of proven worth. This classic knightly sword was an idea for sword and shield or sword and buckler combat whether on foot or horseback. The Acre crusader sword is a stout and fearsome blade that takes advantage of its heft, width, and centre and gravity to deliver deadly slashing cuts and hacking blows as well as thrusts.

With a wide cross-guard of over 8" it's no sword for the soft hearted or weak-spirited. Its practical cruciform hilt with single-hand grip and disc pommel was to be the functional model for countless other sword styles to follow.

The Robert the Bruce Sword features a forged steel blade with solid brass pommel and guard. The pommel features the rampant lion of the Bruce coat of arms whilst the guard is decorated with crusader crosses, both in red enamel. The leather and wood scabbard is decorated with a “Z” pattern and has brass scabbard loops.

The Knightly Sword is the perfect accompaniment for any costume, whether it be for film, theatre or fancy dress. The non-sharp steel blade is polished and lightly oiled for protection. The guard and pommel are crafted from steel and are separated by a leather covered wood grip. The well-made scabbard is hand crafted from wood and leather.

Although this sword is constructed from high carbon steel and has a full tang, we would not recommend it for use as the blade has not been heat-treated.
