Tyr's Mead - 700ml

Tyr (Old Norse meaning ‘God’) is associated with war, law, justice and honour.

Tyr’s Mead is an Orange Melomel, derived from our popular ‘Freya’s’ mead, but using different honey’s to get a lighter yet full flavour. We have blended Vitex honey, from the Chaste Tree which is grown for its berries, with a Ukranian Wildflower honey and allowed a natural fermentation to occur to allow flavours of the Mediterranean and Ukraine to permeate through with underlying citrus notes.

Tyr’s mead has a slightly softer, cleaner, citrus taste, making it a firm favourite with drinkers of prosecco and light white wines.
