2) You then need to set up an account on our site. This will only take a few minutes.
3) Contact us (email or phone) to let us know you have registered and tell us which group you are a member of.
4) We will then upgrade your account and prices will be automatically reduced when you log in.

What is a “recognised” HEMA club exactly?

If you are a member of one of the large umbrella groups such as HEMAC or the BHFS then your club would be deemed as “recognised”.

We do understand that not all groups are affiliated with the larger umbrella groups for one reason or another. If your club isn’t, we would like some evidence that you are a “real” club such as a website or insurance document.

If you are still unsure, please contact our Sales Team for further clarification.

You need to be logged in and registered with us as a HEMA Club Member to see the discounts on the products within this section.

  • Red Dragon - Temple Church Sword

    12 Review(s)

Our Temple Church sword is a replica of a sword found in the River Thames in London. The sword, forged in the period between 1300-1350, was discovered opposite Temple Church, the headquarters of the Knights Templar in England.

During the 14th century, the gardens of the Temple in London ran down to the river’s edge where this sword was discovered. The discovery location, coupled with the crosses in the pommel, suggests that it is a Templar knight’s sword thrown into the river when the Order of the Temple was dissolved by Edward II in 1314.

  • Classic Medieval Sword

    1 Review(s)

A transition from the Viking sword to the classic medieval sword, our medieval sword is probably Oakeshott type X. Swords like this one were very popular for centuries.

The double-edged, hardly tapered blade has a long, relatively wide fuller which makes it balance very well. The curved, flared crossguard provides lots of protection for your hand. Thanks to its leather covering, the grip is comfortable to grasp. The wheel pommel is riveted. Our classic medieval sword comes with a scabbard.
