  • Musketeer Rapier

The musket, though the prime weapon of the French Musketeers, was a cumbersome firearm, both to load and fire. A good rapier was a necessary second weapon. Our Musketeer rapier is fashioned after those circa 1590.

The basket hilt is ambidextrous and a very effective mix of both the cup-hilt and swept-hilt styles. The grip is wood wrapped with twisted wire and the parts of the hilt are plated with gleaming nickel silver.

  • European Baldric - Right Handed - Black

From Antiquity to recent history, warriors and soldiers have used baldrics. Baldrics provide a significant advantage: they allow swords, axes and munition for firearms to be carried on the body, easily and always within reach of your hand.

Our black baldric for right-handed warriors is designed to carry edged weapons. It is made of genuine leather and has a silver-coloured buckle at the front. Even if you are not using it to carry a weapon, it is made of black leather so it is an ideal accessory for garb from the Middle Ages and Antiquity. Perfect for the Pirate or Musketeer persona!

The baldric has one open end for making a loop that fits your weapon exactly. Once you have determined its size, you can rivet or sew it together.
