Description

Details

HEMA Padded Skirt NG 800N was created in order to modernize the VG 350N version and as a response to more stringent rules of HEMA tournaments. Can be used by both women and men. It is a universal product - suitable for any type of training.

The Padded Skirt is fastened at the waist with a buckle. The whole thing is made of black material. The middle panel is movable and shorter than the rest of the product form, so it doesn't interfere with movement.

This belt overlay is made of 800N puncture resistance composite. Middle part is much longer in comparison with the “VG” model. As a result our HEMA equipment meets the needs of trainees even better.

This model has 4 pockets with cushioning foams. They can be removed or modified.

Adjustable strap makes this product appropriate for users wearing various sizes. The design of the overlay does not hinder the movement and ensures maximum comfort during HEMA training.

  • Together with HEMA Plastron, it creates the perfect 800N set
  • Foams are included in the set

Why should you pick this HEMA equipment? It’s easy:

  • it will help you adjust to the tournaments conditions
  • it will reduce the risk of damage to your HEMA equipment during HEMA exercises

History of a tasset

Depending on needs, the tasset was made of canvas, leather, or – in the case of knights – of steel. In the medieval period it was part of plate armor. Historical sources also present chainmail skirts of similar properties and wide fabric, quilted belts worn together with gambesons.
