  • Renaissance Side Sword

    1 Review(s)

The Side Sword was a military sword of the 16th and 17th century Renaissance period that also achieved popularity among civilians, due to its relatively light weight and quickness. It also had an advantage over its contemporary, the rapier, in having the ability to cut efficiently as well as thrust. Based on an original German sword of this type, this sword is well balanced an feels exceptional in the hand. The “swept” hilt affords excellent hand protection and the blade geometry makes for outstanding performance in both the cut and the thrust.

  • Classic Medieval Sword

    1 Review(s)

A transition from the Viking sword to the classic medieval sword, our medieval sword is probably Oakeshott type X. Swords like this one were very popular for centuries.

The double-edged, hardly tapered blade has a long, relatively wide fuller which makes it balance very well. The curved, flared crossguard provides lots of protection for your hand. Thanks to its leather covering, the grip is comfortable to grasp. The wheel pommel is riveted. Our classic medieval sword comes with a scabbard.

  • Red Dragon Combat - Temple Church Sword

    9 Review(s)

Our Temple Church sword is a replica of a sword found in the River Thames in London. The sword, forged in the period between 1300-1350, was discovered opposite Temple Church, the headquarters of the Knights Templar in England.

During the 14th century, the gardens of the Temple in London ran down to the river’s edge where this sword was discovered. The discovery location, coupled with the crosses in the pommel, suggests that it is a Templar knight’s sword thrown into the river when the Order of the Temple was dissolved by Edward II in 1314.
